Booking and cancellation
How do I book an appointment?
Call during opening hours or send a booking request on this site. We confirm the appointment by phone.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the appointment is charged.
Cost and insurance
Do I find out the price in advance?
Yes. After an examination you get a written estimate before anything is done.
Does Icelandic Health Insurance contribute?
For certain groups, yes. See the insurance page.
First visit
What should I bring?
Your kennitala, a list of medications you take, and details of supplementary insurance if you have it.
How long does the first visit take?
About 30 to 40 minutes.
