What is this?
A titanium post is placed in the jawbone and a crown is fitted on it. It replaces a missing tooth without touching the teeth next to it.

For people missing one or more teeth who want a fixed solution rather than a removable denture.
What happens during the visit?

Does it hurt? What about anaesthetic?
The procedure itself is done under local anaesthetic and is not painful. There can be swelling and tenderness for a few days afterwards.

Soft food for the first few days, no smoking while the site heals, and a check-up after a week.
